【Overseas Students】 2026 Fall Semester Tuition and Fees Deferred Payment Application

• Application Period: From July 29, 2026 (Wed.) – September 8, 2026 (Tue.) 5:00 PM. (The application form must be submitted to the Finance Office no later than 5:00 PM on Sep. 8 (Tue.). Late submissions will not be accepted.)
• Eligibility: ALL Overseas Students of Feng Chia University (2026 fall semester new students are not eligible to apply for tuition fee installment.)
• Applicants for tuition fee installment must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) The applicant’s family has encountered sudden financial difficulties and is unable to pay the fees on time.

(2) Other special circumstances that make timely payment difficult.

• Application Procedure: Eligible students in need of tuition fee installment should download (Double-sided printing) and complete the application form, and obtain comments and signatures in the following order: Life Mentor, Department Advisor, Department Chair, and the Office of International Affairs(OIA). After completing all signatures, submit the form in person to the Finance Office to receive the first installment payment slip and the printing information for the second and third installment payment slips.

2. Office hours of the OIA: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM.)
