The Center for Information Technology Education, College of Innovation, will hold the workshop “NVIDIA DLI: Fundamentals and Practice of Deep Learning” on Friday, September 4, 2026. Faculty members across the university who are interested in deep learning are warmly invited to participate. Details are as follows:
Description
Artificial intelligence has been widely applied in various industries, including healthcare, retail, and intelligent transportation. Among its approaches, deep learning leverages multi-layer neural networks to achieve high accuracy in tasks such as computer vision and natural language processing.
This workshop is practice-oriented and will utilize NVIDIA cloud computing services to guide participants through real-world cases. Attendees will learn how deep learning models operate in practice, including how to train models from scratch and how to apply pre-trained models to accelerate AI deployment. The course aims to help participants build a solid foundation in AI applications.
